Welcome to the Law Offices of M. Gerald Schwartzbach, A Professional Corporation. The office accepts all types of criminal cases, from misdemeanors to felonies, from simple to complex.  It also litigates a variety of civil cases.

Mr. Schwartzbach has practiced criminal defense law for 40 years.  During that time he has also litigated numerous civil cases. In 1999, Mr. Schwartzbach reopened his own law office, practicing criminal defense and civil litigation, including personal injury cases. Although based in Mill Valley, California, Mr. Schwartzbach has been involved in cases throughout California, and the United States.

In addition to litigating his own cases, Mr. Schwartzbach is available to be associated by other attorneys for the purpose of consultation and/or trial.
